Wigs prices DO NOT included the install price. The install is ONLY included when it is STATED in the TITLE.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND ALL RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITH IN 2 WEEKS OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. IF IT IS NOT, A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
I like to put a face with all my new/first time clients before booking, please send me your Facebook and/or Instagram name or send me a message on one of my social media platforms , so I can know who I will be meeting. Processing can take 2-3 business days with 5-7 business days for shipping. Free shipping on all orders $350 and up (before taxes) and standard $12 shipping on all other orders. Express shipping is available, but must be requested (additional fee). "On Hand" items processing can take 1-2 business days and 2-5 business days for shipping.
LOCAL delivery is available (Greensboro, Jamestown and High Point) on all orders $25 and up (before tax) with a $15 delivery fee. You must request to have your order delivered before ordering, confirm the delivery address with me and your order must be paid in full before delivery. Yes, I will travel to you! I travel locally for an additional $30 (Greensboro). All other locations will have to be requested. Please send me a message with your service of interest, the address to where you would like me to provide the service and the day & time that you're interested in.
I will need to approve the location and check my availability before booking you are able to book your appointment. Once everything is approved the deposit and the travel fee will be due the day you book. TRAVEL BOOKINGS MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE INTERESTED DAY AND TIME...See You Soon!
Yes, I do work on Sundays, but ONLY by REQUEST. To request a service on a Sunday, send me a message using the "Let's Chat" option in the bottom right corner. Please include "SUNDAY," the service/services you're interested in, the date (month/day) and any additional questions you may have. SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOK AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE (9am, 10am are the ONLY Sunday time options)...See You Soon!
Yes, I accept emergency same day appointments and after hour appointments. **Fee**Emergency Same Day Appointments & After Hour Appointments are an additional $40. Please submit a request using the "Let's Chat" box in the bottom right corner by typing "Emergency Same Day/After hour Appointment, the day, time and service you're interested in".
